Bralyx, Brazilian manufacturer of equipment for the food industry, is taking part in Gulfood 2014 in Dubai to show Baby 5.0 MK and our Cutting/Stamping Machine specially designed for making the most traditional recipes of kibbeh/ kubba and mammoul from the Arabian region.
To achieve the best results the company developed a technology capable of, among other applications, processing the mutton (lamb meat) for kibbeh/kubba and almond flour for Mammoul. These types of food products have been tested and approved by clients in several markets of the Arab World, such as Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, Qatar and others.
One of the reasons that our machines are successful in the region is because Brazilians have a long history with Middle Eastern cuisine. In the late nineteenth century many people from the Arab World helped build the current Brazilian culture and over the years Middle Eastern cuisine has become very popular in Brazil. Another pillar is Bralyxs ability to customize our equipment to the needs of our clients as well as our strong investment in research.
“We invest in knowledge to adapt the equipment to the needs of each food culture”, explains company president Gilberto Poleto, visiting Dubai.
Baby 5.0 MK is part of the Maxiform MK line of forming and filling machines that produce many kinds of finger foods like, kibbeh/kubba and mammouls (Arabian) and of course, the very Brazilian coxinha, churros and other delicacies.
