1 Where can I see the machine working?

2 Where are the machines produced?

Bralyx machines are exclusively assembled in our plant in São Paulo, Brazil.

3 Is the sale made only to Legal Entity?

No. Bralyx also sells to individuals.

4 Does the machines have warranty?

Yes. All Bralyx’ machines carry 1 (one) year warranty. If you are already our customer, please refer to the Warranty Term that comes with your machine or if you do not have it, please ask the Customer Service area

5 My machine is out of order, what should I do?

MACHINES
1 Does the machine have security system?

Yes. All machines produced and sold by Bralyx have a security system in accordance with the standards of the main markets around the world to guarantee our clients protection. Among them stand out the certifications CE (European market) and UL / NSF (American and Canadian)

2 Is it easy to clean the machine?

Yes. All machines are designed to facilitate cleaning and sanitizing by the user. Some parts are removable and washable and others can be sanitized with suitable products. These guidelines can be found in the operating manual of the machine.

3 How many hours per day can I work with the machine?

You can work up to 8 hours per day with our machines.

4 What is the voltage of the machine?

All Bralyx’ machines are 220 volts, but some of them can be sold bivolt (110/220 volts) or 380 volts (on request).

5 Is the machine durable?

Yes. Bralyx’ machines are produced in 304 STAINLESS STEEL, which results in greater durability and resistance to the set.

8 Does the forming machine make sweets?

Yes, the forming and stuffing machines can also produce sweets and cookies.

1 Does Bralyx provide recipes?

Yes. Bralyx makes available to its customers various materials with recipes for savory foods, sweets, fresh pasta, and confectionery products to support their production. If you are our customer and do not have it yet, ask it for our Customer Service area.

2 Will my product/recipe work in the machine?

Let us test! Our showrooms as well as our technical staff are at your disposal to test and evaluate any new recipe.

Yes. The training is done in the client’s establishment where the specialized technician trains and passes all the necessary guidelines for the whole staff.

2 My machine does not require installation, but I am in doubt as to its operation.

3 I need a new training. What should I do?

Contact the Customer Service area to receive the guidelines.

4 How can I buy spare parts?

In order to guarantee the best service to our customers, we make a special effort to take care of spare parts and accessories requests. With the serial number of the machine in hand, just contact our Service Area to make the purchase and we will send it to you anywhere in the world.

5 I am in doubt to make my product, what do I do?

Please contact the Customer Service area so you will receive all the necessary guidance.

6 My machine arrived in my establishment. What do I do?

Contact the Customer Service area to request to schedule the installation / training.

7 Do you sell to other countries?

Yes. Bralyx is in over 65 countries and is capable of sending machinery to any part of the world.

8 Can I ship the machine outside of Brazil?

If you live outside Brazil and intend to send your machine out of the country, please contact our consultants to receive the guidance of legal ways to carry out this operation.
