FEATURES

MAXIFORM SUPER 19 is a forming and filling machine to make savory and sweet products with or without filling.

Machine with 2 forming and filling system  set  for a BIG production.

Extremely versatile, makes 5 different shapes of products from 07 (0,015lb) to 30g (0,06lb). Such a variety is not all. It is also possible to set the quantity and thickness of dough, the quantity of filling and the size of products.

Greater precision of weight and to regulate the production.

It can works with two different shapes at the same time.

Ideal for producing: 
Ethnic products such manju (Japanese) / arancini ( Italian) / Kubba (Arabic – Greek) / pastel de bacalhau (Portuguese) / coxinha, pâo de queijo, brigadeiro, beijinho, empada (Brazilian) / arepas de yuca, pan de yuca, croquettes de yuca (Latin America).

SECURITY

This machine strictly follows the European Common Market labor security and cleaning/ materials specifications.

- All electric parts are according to CE specifications.

- Electric board, components and transformer with IP 55 protection(water).

Protected areas: product formation, batter/dough and filling feeding; all of them have magnetic sensors which turn off the machine in case the safety screen is open (protection) preventing the operator access to mobile parts that may cause accidents.

24 volts panel (operator-machine interface) which eliminates the risk of electrical shock.

Emergency Button with easy Access which immediately blocks the machine operation.

Parts in contact with the product in STAINLESS STEEL or non-toxic plastic (polyethylene) indicated for food industry use.
